Police engage five would-be burglars in shootout


KUALA LUMPUR: A gunfight between police and a gang of five burglars broke out in a populated housing area in Taman Taynton View, Cheras after officers caught them trying to break into a house there on Saturday evening.

It is learnt that a police mobile patrol vehicle (MPV) spotted the men acting suspicious in a red car in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong and tailed them to Jalan 25/119 here at around 5pm.
