MALACCA: An enraged plumber who confronted a neighbour for allegedly prying open his window frequently ended up being shot dead by the police.

Armed with a knife, Loh Kim Hiong, 38, went to his neighbour’s flat at the Machap Baru new village at about 3pm on Friday and threatened to hurt him.
