KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney-General's Chambers will not charge Ismawi Hadani, 25, who made allegedly seditious statements on his Facebook page inciting others to attend a rally on New Year’s Eve, as he had shown remorse and apologised for his actions.
Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, in a statement, said he had taken note of the statement issued by Ismawi last Saturday where he showed remorse and had also apologised to the general public.
