KUALA LANGAT: A family outing turned into a tragedy when two of them died when the boat there were sailing in with three other family members was hit by strong winds in Sungai Telok Mengkuang near here Monday.
Kuala Langat district police chief Supt Nordin Manan said the incident occurred about 6.40pm when the boat tilted, causing three-year-old Muhammad Shammirul Hisham to fall into the river.
