KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered the Registrar of Societies (RoS) to decide within two weeks whether or not it will approve the application by former Cabinet minister Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir to register the Ikatan Bangsa Malaysia (Ikatan) political party.
Judge Datuk Zaleha Yusof (Appellate and Special Powers) made the decision after allowing the judicial review by Abdul Kadir. She also ordered the RoS to pay him RM3,000 in costs.
