GENTING HIGHLANDS: A normal lifting operation takes mere minutes, but the task of hauling up the wreckage of the bus that crashed into a ravine here took nearly four hours as heavy rain and thick mist slowed things down.
“The soft soil conditions down there also posed a danger as the bus could slip further down while we were tying it up before hauling it,” said Bentong OCPD Supt Mohd Mansor Mohd Nor.
