PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has upheld the High Court's decision not to allow Kelantan's Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra (pic) to review his brother, the then-regent Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra's action to revoke his membership in the Kelantan Succession Council.
The panel lead by Justice Abdul Wahab Patail unanimously dismissed the Kelantan prince's appeal against the Kuala Lumpur High Court's decision to deny him leave for judicial review.
