KUALA LUMPUR: Twenty-eight dogs at the City Hall pound have been given a second chance at life as they were rescued a day before they were to be put to sleep.
The dogs were rescued by Malaysia Independent Animal Rescue (MIAR) yesterday, which now intends to find them new homes.
