Terengganu declares 40-day mourning period

KUALA TERENGGANU: The state government has announced a 40-day mourning period over the death of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong's mother Tengku Ampuan Bariah Sultan Alam Shah.

Terengganu Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said said the mourning period, which would last until April 29, would include a special dress code for civil service and enforcement agencies personnel.
