KUALA LUMPUR: In a landmark judgment, the High Court here has ruled that Kota Siputeh rep Datuk Abu Hassan Sarif is no longer a state assemblyman and declared his seat vacant for his failure to attend two consecutive sittings of the Kedah Legislative Assembly without leave.
