KUALA LUMPUR: The second stimulus package to be announced next month is aimed at boosting the private sector, and it will definitely be more comprehensive than the first, covering more sectors, Economic Planning Unit director-general Tan Sri Dr Sulaiman Mahbob said.
The global economic climate has changed and recession has hit many countries, he said.
