KLANG: A 72-year-old man and his four sons have filed a suit against Kota Alam Shah state assemblyman Ching Su Chen and two companies for allegedly encroaching upon their land.
Tiew Kan and his children Ben Chuan, 40, Beng Lee, 42, Bin Guan, 39, and Bin Seng, 32, filed the suit at a Sessions Court here Monday. The defendants in the suit were Ching, Jaguarich (M) Sdn Bhd and Panscape Development Sdn Bhd. Ching is also a director in the two companies.
