KUALA LUMPUR: The family of a 71-year-old man is challenging the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais) for custody of his body, claiming that he was no longer a Muslim.
The family acknowledged that van driver A. Rayappan had been a Muslim before but claimed he had returned to Christianity seven years ago.
