KUALA LUMPUR: Papar Umno chief Datuk Seri Osu Sukam must explain to Sabah Umno the court case on his RM7.14mil gambling debts, state Umno deputy chairman Datuk Shafie Apdal said.
After hearing his explanation, the state Umno would discuss the matter and forward suggestions to the Umno disciplinary board to make a decision, he said.
