PUTRAJAYA: PKR is not bound by any stand made by its veteran group Otai Reformis 1998, including its plan to hold street protests, should party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim not become the Prime Minister in May.
PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the group was not part of the party structure.
