
Singer and actress Marsha Milan Londoh, 30, who will be marrying businessman Mohamed Shaiful Nizam Mohamed Ismail, confirmed that she converted to Islam several weeks ago. Marsha, who is keeping her original name, said she did not want the conversion to be sensationalised as it was a personal matter. The Sabah-born talent also said the marriage solemnisation ceremony would be held privately in Penang on Dec 31, followed by a wedding reception in Kuala Lumpur on Jan 8.

Amet, who used to work in the hospitality industry, admitted that he spends a lot of his free time in his private "beauty pageant gallery". "I collect the photographs from various sources… newspapers, as well as local and international magazines. I spent a fortune framing them all up," he shared. Amet has even divided his gallery neatly into three different sections, namely Miss Universe, Miss Malaysia and Miss World.
