"I did not expect the 'blue moon' pill to cause my heart to explode," confessed a 50-year-old man who daringly took an illegal sex enhancement drug to improve his sexual performance. He had bought the RM10 pill from his colleague and suffered a cardiac arrest after taking it twice. He said it felt like his chest was exploding from inside and swore that he would not touch any sex enhancement drug again. It was reported that the colleague had bought the pill from a man along selling it on the five-foot way at Jalan Chow Kit in Kuala Lumpur.
