THEY are the freshest faces in our workforce.As school leavers or fresh graduates, our Generation Z (Gen Z) workers – those aged between 18 and 22 – may face challenges in the current job market amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

But these youths are ambitious and they believe such a trait will get them ahead in their careers.
