Repeat SPM exams to be held from July 14 to 16

PETALING JAYA: This year’s Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Repeat Examination (SPMU) will be held from July 14 to 16, says the Education Ministry.

The dates are for the Bahasa Melayu (BM), History and Mathematics papers, and will involve 12,974 candidates at 188 examination centres nationwide.

The Education Ministry, in a statement on Monday (July 13), reminded all candidates to refer to the examination timetable for information such as the date, time, code and examination paper, as well as for the rules that must be observed during the examination.

“The timetable can be downloaded from the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate portal at lp.moe.gov.my.

"Candidates are also reminded to bring along identification documents and the Examination Registration Statement to the examination centre.

“The registration statement can be downloaded from the Online Examination Management System at https://sppat.moe.gov.my/.

"Candidates must also comply with the standard operating procedures and rules to ensure the smooth management of the examination,” it added.

Meanwhile, a total of 1,530 examiners have been appointed for the BM written and listening tests, while 1,366 examiners will be on duty for the BM oral test, the ministry said.
