National TVET Day


A job fair featuring over 2,500 openings from 28 employers, TVET-related competitions including drone soccer and e-sports, are among the highlights of the government’s National TVET Day programme which ends at 10pm today.

Held from June 5 to 7 at Dataran Putrajaya, the three-day programme featuring the aerospace, electronics and digital, construction, advanced manufacturing, transportation, automotive services, agriculture, railway and maritime, and energy sectors, aims to promote TVET as a viable education pathway towards building a meaningful career, said Azmir Mohd Yunus of MTVET.

The programme brings together 12 ministries, institutions, industry players and the private sector to showcase all things TVET, he added.
