KUCHING: The Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB) Sarawak has inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Trienekens (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and WWF-Malaysia to publish a solid waste management and environmental education book for primary schools.
In a statement on Wednesday, NREB Controller of Environmental Quality, Peggy Ronin Edin said the book would be the first of its kind in the state as it is focused on teaching the younger generation the fundamentals as well as best practices in solid waste management and environmental sustainability.
