INSURANCE group Zurich Malaysia has launched the next chapter of its "Care For What Matters" brand campaign with a new creative expression: "Ready for Every Change".
Two main products - an enhanced travel protection offering and a critical illness campaign - were unveiled by Zurich Malaysia country chief executive officer (CEO) Junior Cho.
For the enhanced travel protection, Cho said Zurich Malaysia incorporated global expertise to enhance its existing travel protection proposition, following Zurich Insurance Group's 2024 acquisition of American International Group's global personal travel insurance and assistance business.
"The acquisition included Travel Guard, one of the most trusted names in travel protection globally.
"This means that one of the world's most established assistance networks now stands behind our customers, offering round-the-clock help in more than 40 languages, regardless of where they are," he said during the brand campaign's launch at GSC Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur on Sept 2.
Under the Travel Guard Pro scheme launched on Aug 18, customers can enjoy enhanced travel protection that combines comprehensive coverage with fast and transparent claims handling and seamless support throughout their journey.

On the critical illness campaign, which will run from Sept 2 to Oct 30, Cho said eligible customers can receive a cash rebate for undergoing health screenings.
"They will also receive two-year access to Teladoc Health, a global leader in virtual healthcare, for expert medical opinions to navigate serious and chronic health conditions as well as for stress management support.
"To us, protection should not only step in after something goes wrong. Hence, we are taking a more proactive approach to support our customers earlier through this campaign," he said.
Cho also announced the next phase of Zurich Malaysia's Urban Climate Resilience Programme, which saw the group engaging with various communities in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka since 2023 to help them prepare for climate change impacts.
"Powered by the Z Zurich Foundation, the programme will be extended to more urban communities in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka.
"Resilience should not be a privilege. It is something that we should build together," he said.
The "Care For What Matters" campaign was first launched in 2023.
After three years, Cho said people's needs have changed and Zurich Malaysia is also providing stronger protection, better experiences and solutions that address their different life stages.
"What remains constant is our commitment to care for what matters the most. This is what we mean when we say 'Ready For Every Change'," he said.
The campaign also features a brand film that follows the lifelong journey of a husband and wife, mirroring Zurich Malaysia's commitment to being a trusted partner that grows alongside customers as their needs evolve.
Also present were Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad CEO Pauline Teoh, Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad CEO Shamsul Azman, Zurich Malaysia Brand Marketing Communications head Erin Hwang and Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad CEO Nur Fatihah Mustafa.
