Top executives of Oppo Malaysia in cheerful mood after the launch of the flagship store at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya.
A consumer electronics brand has opened a flagship store in Putrajaya, combining technology with experiential shopping.
The Oppo store located on level 2 of IOI City Mall features an interactive zone for visitors to experience its latest innovations in smartphones, tablets and smartwatches.
One could also make the visit more memorable by capturing moments at the photo check-in wall using the Reno 15 series smartphone, perfect for photography enthusiasts.
Meanwhile, an in-store cafe allows customers to relax while pondering their next smart gadget purchase.
Oppo Malaysia marketing director Monica Chin said the flagship store marked an important milestone in the company’s market presence, reflecting its appreciation of local customers.
“We aim to create a welcoming space where technology and culture connect to deliver an elevated experience,” she said.
The grand opening was marked by several activities, including a lion dance.
There was also a special appearance by media personality Chan Phei Yong, more well-known as Abe Yong, who chatted with customers as they checked out the gadgets on display.
In addition to a lucky draw, those who completed the in-store check-in via the My Oppo app were treated to complimentary speciality coffee, while some My Oppo app members received a door gift.
For a limited period this month, visitors to the flagship store may be eligible to receive gifts with their purchase, while a flash sale is offering selected gadget models such as Oppo A5 Pro and Oppo Reno 13F at discounted prices.
