Technical disruption on Ampang/Sri Petaling LRT line

KUALA LUMPUR: The Light Rail Transit (LRT) service on the Ampang/Sri Petaling Line is experiencing a technical disruption between the Hang Tuah and Pudu stations.

Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd (Rapid Rail), the operator of Rapid KL rail services, said on Monday (Oct 13) morning that repair works are underway, and alternative train services have been activated to ensure passengers can continue their journeys.

"The alternative train services activated involve trains from Sentul Timur turning back at Pudu; trains from Putra Heights and Ampang turning back at Chan Sow Lin; and shuttle trains operating between Chan Sow Lin and Pudu,” it said in a Facebook post.

Rapid Rail apologised for the inconvenience caused and expressed appreciation to passengers for their patience and cooperation during the disruption. – Bernama
