REDISCOVER the comforting warmth of Nyonya food via a special culinary collaboration with renowned Malaysian chef Amy Beh.

This month, DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City presents a selection of dishes that will bring back memories and keep tradition alive.

The Nyonya High-Tea Buffet every Saturday at Makan Kitchen reflects Beh’s belief that the most meaningful meals are often the simplest, shared with family, rooted in tradition and made with love.

Guests can look forward to her signature dishes like Jiu Hu Char with Cuttlefish, Fish Maw Soup with Seafood and Aromatics, Inchi Kabin Fried Chicken, Assam Heh Tamarind Prawns, Peranakan Laksa, Sweetened Green Bean Broth and Royale Pengat Nyonya.

The experience includes a live busking performance, creating an inviting setting for families and friends to come together.

The next Nyonya High-Tea Buffet is on May 30, from 12.30pm to 4pm, priced at RM128nett per adult and RM64nett per child.
