KL hospital takes media on tour of its advanced technology

Dr Shuba says the Metaverse Health Hunt is to showcase how Prince Court is redefining healthcare through innovation.

A guided hospital tour using digital technology was held for members of the media at Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

The first-of-its-kind event offered an immersive look into the core values upheld by the hospital’s staff and the level of care given to patients.

Through the tour, called the “’True Value’ Metaverse Health Hunt, media members explored how Prince Court enhances healthcare accessibility and efficiency while improving service quality to meet guests’ diverse needs.

A focus was on how the hospital, a part of IHH Healthcare Malaysia, uses technology to reduce treatment times and costs.

The hospital’s ability to tailor treatment plans and use minimally invasive procedures was also highlighted to the media.

The concept of patient experience, a pull factor for private hospitals, was pointed out through Prince Court’s facilities that were designed to inform and support patients throughout.

The showcase included Malaysia’s First Electric Motorcycle Ambulance, reflecting the hospital’s dedication to community needs.

Prince Court chief executive officer Dr Shuba Srinivasan said, “The ‘True Value’ Metaverse Health Hunt showcases how we are redefining healthcare through innovation and patient-centric care.

“We closely support our patients from the moment they walk through our doors – providing accurate diagnosis, personalised treatment and enhanced rehabilitation using the latest technology”.

IHH Healthcare Malaysia is one of the largest healthcare providers in Malaysia, with established hospital brands such as Gleneagles, Pantai, Prince Court and Timberland medical centres in its network.

It is supported by ancillary services brands such as Premier Integrated Labs, Pantai Integrated Rehab and Twin Towers Medical Centre.
