JOHOR-BASED property developers are seeing more Malaysians who work in Singapore buying houses because of the weakening ringgit against the Singapore dollar.

Tanah Sutera Development Sdn Bhd assistant general manager Daniel Tan said sales were picking up and the momentum was likely to continue next year.
