WITH flooding still occurring in certain parts of Penang, the state government will look into getting funds to upgrade its mitigation projects.
Caretaker Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said Penang had successfully minimised the impact of flooding, but areas where mitigation works had been carried out were still being inundated.
