LOCAL councils in Johor Baru must assist business operators to renew their licences, especially those that have just reopened.

Johor housing and local government committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor said this was in line with the transition into endemic phase and reopening of Malaysia’s border with Singapore on April 1.
