THE MELAKA Historic City Council (MBMB) is putting a brand new car worth RM44,000 up for grabs for early birds who settle their assessment rates before March 31.
MBMB Mayor Datuk Zainal Abu said apart from the car, two motorcycles are also being offered to taxpayers.
