A LITTLE over a week after Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim was appointed Federal Territories Minister, Kuala Lumpur moved into Phase Two of the National Recovery Plan (NRP).

As the Covid-19 infections in the federal capital continued to drop and the pace of vaccination rose, the new minister quickly became aware of the tremendous task that lays ahead as he prepared to rev up the economy of the three federal territories — Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan.
