STATELESS people without any identity documents can heave a sigh of relief as they can be eligible for vaccination against Covid-19 through the use of a special code.
According to Bintulu Health Department officer Dr Melvin Chung, Health Ministry had come up with a special code mechanism that allowed these individuals to register for vaccination.
