High tide phenomenon in Selangor under control


SHAH ALAM (Bernama): The high tide phenomenon that hit the Selangor coastline on Sunday (Nov 15) is under control with only minor seawater overflow reported in a few areas, said Selangor Disaster Management Unit (UPBN) chief Muhammad Izzat Haziq Mohd Nazir.

He said that earlier today there were reports that the federal road near the Mustafa Supermarket and Lorong Yunus Sungai Sembilan in Kuala Selangor experienced minor flooding at around 5.44am and the floodwaters started to recede at 7am.
