CLOSED-circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed at the Sri Sundararaja Perumal Temple have proven to be effective in deterring snatch thefts just outside its premises along Jalan Mastika and Jalan Pokok Sakat.

High-definition CCTV cameras mounted on the temple’s outer walls along with yellow notice boards warn people that the cameras provide 24-hour surveillance, and this has helped to keep the immediate vicinity safer.
