ALMOST all who responded to a social media survey said they would stop at pedestrian crossings if there are zigzag lines painted before them.

Penang Island City councillor Connie Tan said that in the survey posted in a 10-second video on her Facebook page, 95% of respondents selected ‘yes’ to a question on whether they would stop.
