An MBPJ worker cutting down large trees along Jalan 17/21 in Petaling Jaya.

Section 16 and 17 residents in Petaling Jaya are outraged by the cutting down of trees along Jalan 17/21 on Aug 3 by Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).

This took place just a week after there was public outcry over 26 trees felled along Jalan Universiti to make way for road-widening works.
