THE 100m-long side lane and back lane between Lebuh Ah Quee and Lorong Pitt in Penang has been transformed following a RM280,000 makeover.
It now has sports equipment, a mini playground and incorporates user-friendly elements, making it safer for cyclists and pedestrians.
