MPS provides guide to lodging complaints

THE Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) receives an average of 55 public complaints on various issues daily and not all can be resolved on the spot.

“We try to solve as many complaints as we can but sometimes the complaints received from the public do not fall under our jurisdiction, ” said MPS president Shamsul Shahril Badliza Mohd Noor.
