A TOTAL of 983 residential units under the Selangor Smart Sewa programme are expected to be rented out to Selangor residents by next year.
State Housing and Urban Living Committee chairman Haniza Talha said currently, 341 units were rented out under the state government’s rent-to-own programme, while another 101 units would be open to the public by the end of the month.
