Kesas: Fix traffic problem with elevated U-turn

IT has been more than four months since traffic management changes were implemented along Persiaran Kewajipan to the Shah Alam Highway (Kesas) interchange.

Changes at the interchange in Subang Jaya, however, has resulted in the transfer of congestion to Kesas.
