Focus on reducing debts


JOHOR BARU: The state government is working with the Federal government to reduce its debts by more than 55%.

Mentri Besar Datuk Osman Sapian said the state government’s debts presently stood at RM520.94mil, including RM334.5mil for fresh water supply projects, RM50.7mil for Johor Corporation, RM16.57mil for low-cost housing projects and RM123.36mil for other loans.
