WORK is almost completed for the underground sewerage upgrading project which Petaling Jaya residents have tolerated for almost four years now.

The project, initiated by Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry (Kettha), has been taking place in stages citywide since 2013 and includes laying new sewer pipelines via the pipe-jacking and open-cut methods.
