MILO Malaysia Breakfast Day (MBD) 2026 will see the participation of over 70,000.
The event rallies Malaysians across six states in a coordinated movement that brings communities together from all walks of life.
With good breakfast habits often overlooked, this year’s campaign reinforced Milo’s longstanding commitment to championing proper nutrition and the importance of breakfast as the foundation of an active, healthier lifestyle.
What began as a community- run programme has evolved into a nutrition‑led platform that transforms mornings into moments of collective action, helping families build healthier routines together.
Combining mass participation with on‑ground engagement and nutrition education, MBD 2026 underscored Milo’s ambition to continue inspiring Malaysians to start each day active, nourished and fully energised.
The nationwide event kicked off in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
It then moved to Kuala Terengganu in Terengganu, and will proceed to Kuching in Sarawak, Kuantan in Pahang and Kota Baru in Kelantan.
It will culminate with a grand finale in Putrajaya on July 12.
Milo Malaysia business executive officer, Ng Su Yen, said: “As Malaysia’s most‑loved homegrown beverage, Milo continues to play an active role in nourishing Malaysians and supporting communities in leading healthier, more active lives.
“We are excited to bring back Milo Malaysia Breakfast Day, which reflects our ongoing commitment to promoting good nutrition and healthy habits nationwide.”
Since its inception in 2013, Milo MBD has united more than half a million Malaysians in a powerful celebration of a nutritious start to the day.
Participants can look forward to a 3km run at all locations.
The Putrajaya finale will feature a 5km category for those seeking a slightly longer and more rewarding challenge.
Beyond the run, families and friends can enjoy a lively and energising morning filled with engaging activities.
From group workout sessions and sports challenges to hands‑on games and interactive stations, MBD creates a vibrant environment where participants can move, play and connect.
Each activity is designed to make healthy living enjoyable while encouraging families to spend quality time together.
