Society gives RM220,000 to the needy

CONTINUING its efforts to help the underprivileged, Xim Phou Moon Welfare Society Malaysia (XPM) donated RM220,000 to 17 local and international charities, schools, adopted children and old folk.

The contributions made during XPM’s 29th anniversary charity dinner at Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur include SJK(C) Khai Tee in Kuala Selangor, SJK(C) Kundang in Rawang, Selangor Welfare and Community Development Council, Cheshire Home Selangor, Shepherd’s Centre Foundation, Insan Welfare Association for the Special Children, Semangat Maju School in Ipoh and XPM Caring Fund in Jerantut, Pahang.
