Bartender Angel Ng Ji was recently crowned the winner of the La Maison Cointreau 2014 cocktail competition.
The head bartender of Hit & Mrs in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Ng came out tops in a field of 16 bartenders at the competition which judged contestants based on their presentation and techniques, the flavour and aroma of their cocktails, as well as their use of Cointreau orange liqueur in their creations.
