The search is on for this year's recipients of the Women's Institute of Management's (WIM) Tan Sri Datuk Napsiah Omar (TSDNO) Women Leaders’ award.

The award is one of the initiatives undertaken by the Tan Sri Datuk Napsiah Omar Chair for Women's Leadership, set up by WIM and aptly named after its founder.
