Steaks and communal dining in festive fusion meal

Three tiers of Western and local delights.Three tiers of Western and local delights.

FOR the Hari Raya Aidilfitri period, Maria’s SteakCafe has curated a special menu of seasonal dishes that blend tradition and modernity.

The communal concept of the restaurant’s festive menu showcases a three-tier spread of food, symbolising abundance and togetherness.

Featuring the restaurant’s signature appetiser, main course and sides, the menu is available in beef and non-beef options, with portions suitable for two or four persons.

Following tradition, the meal begins with dates and Maria’s special Rose and Lychee mocktail.

This is followed by flavourful Spicy Mussels in a tomato-based sauce, served with garlic bread.

The second tier offers a main course of your choice.

These dishes blend Western cuisine with a traditional twist, paired with aromatic air asam and percik sauce for a fusion of flavours.

Two main meat courses are presented in the set for four, including Maria’s signature Argentinian striploin.

For those seeking premium cuts, upgrade to Black Angus ribeye, Wagyu MB7 tenderloin or Wagyu MB9 ribeye, priced at an additional RM115++.

The non-beef set offers grilled salmon and New Zealand lamb cutlets, with an option to upgrade the salmon to Atlantic white cod.

For intimate dining for two, main course options include grilled salmon and Argentinian striploin.

To ensure a perfect balance of flavours, the third tier is filled with side dishes such as portobello mushroom, roasted potatoes, sauteed vegetables and steak fries.

The menu is priced at RM250++ for the two-person set and RM500++ for the four-person option.

It is available until May 7 at all Maria’s SteakCafe restaurants in Klang Valley.
