Rejuvenation at centre of CNY promo


Set dinner is available daily as part of the Chinese New Year campaign at Atas restaurant, The Ruma Hotel and Residences.

A hotel in Kuala Lumpur, recognised with One Michelin Key, is offering traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)-centred Lunar New Year promotions spanning dining, wellness, gifting and restorative experiences.

Themed “A Season Where Wellness Breathes Prosperity”, it is a collaboration between The Ruma Hotel and Residences and Virtue TCM, a wellness centre.

Available until Feb 24, the Chinese New Year set menus at Atas restaurant were created with executive chef Suhalmi Tasir.

Inspired by well-loved traditional dishes and guided by the principles of TCM, the menus incorporate selected herbs known for their restorative qualities, creating a dining experience that balances flavour with well-being.

A two-course set lunch priced at RM88+ per person and a three-course set at RM108+ per person is available from Monday to Saturday.

A three-course set dinner priced at RM228+ per person and a four-course set at RM268+ per person is available daily.

A complimentary yee sang will be offered for every booking of six set dinners.

The narrative continues with “Chapters of Spring Afternoon Tea” at The Librari.

The Prelude, priced at RM158+ per person, includes a choice of coffee or tea.

The Grand Volume, priced at RM348+ for two, is available on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is inclusive of two teas or coffees, with a choice of Salmon or Beef Wellington.

There is also a curated tea trolley by Virtue TCM featuring single-origin flower teas and carefully balanced herbal blends designed to restore harmony and energy.

The Ruma’s New Year Gifting of handcrafted pineapple tarts come in four flavours, and are priced at RM98+ per box.

Pineapple tarts with organic herbal tea by Daifu (Virtue TCM) is priced at RM168+ per set.

It comprises a box of pineapple tarts in four flavours and two bottles of organic herbal tea.
