You don’t have to travel to Hong Kong to try this delicious specialty.

IT’S one of the very few old-school roast goose stalls in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. I first had this more than a decade ago and I’m glad they’re still going strong.

Roast goose is superior to duck due to its higher fat content, although it is also quite a bit heavier on the pocket! Once in a while though, yums!
