WHEN I was searching for a pork-free kopitiam in the Klang Valley, an acquaintance tipped me off to one such coffeeshop tucked away in Section 11, Petaling Jaya, within walking distance of the University Malaya Medical Centre.

Unbelievably, I’d never noticed Restoran Chang Ke Fang before despite driving past the site countless times over the years.
